- Pre-loading of approximately 30 dropshipping products based on trends and market research
- Basic store setup (theme installation, product upload, basic configuration)
We do not provide:
- Marketing or advertising services
- Sales guarantees or income guarantees
- Supplier fulfillment, shipping, or customer service management
- Ongoing Shopify management unless separately agreed
2 No Guarantee of Results
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Dropshipping results vary widely
- We make no guarantees regarding sales, revenue, profit, traffic, or business success
- The products added are for starter/demo purposes only
Your success depends on multiple factors including marketing, pricing, customer service, and supplier performance.
3 Customer Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate information required to set up your Shopify store
- Maintaining compliance with Shopify's Terms of Service and local laws
- Product pricing, descriptions, and legal compliance
- Marketing, advertising, and promotions
- Handling customer inquiries, refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
4 Shopify Platform Disclaimer
Our service is independent of Shopify. By using our service:
- You understand that Shopify is a third-party platform
- Shopify fees, subscriptions, and policies are separate from our service
- We are not responsible for Shopify downtime, account suspensions, or policy changes
5 Payments & Fees
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Payment must be made in full before work begins
- Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice
6 Refund Policy
Due to the digital and customized nature of our services:
- All sales are final
- We do not offer refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations once work has started
